Black Bread French Toast with Egg
Description
For fried toasts made with this recipe, you don't necessarily need fresh bread — day-old or stale bread works too. These toasts make a great snack with morning tea or coffee, and a filling bite during the day. Freshly made toasts from rye bread have a fragrant, crispy crust; if you let them sit a while, they soften. The recipe is very simple and anyone can make it — give it a try.
