Buckwheat kulesh

40 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. It's very convenient to cook this dish in a multicooker, as after adding onion and butter to the kulesh, the grain needs to cook at a very low temperature under a tight-fitting lid. However, you can also prepare buckwheat kulesh on the stovetop using heavy-bottomed cookware. Keep in mind that you might need more water, and at the end of cooking, it's better to remove the pot from the heat, wrap it well, and let it stand for 7–10 minutes. Serve hot.
