Buckwheat pancakes
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Cook the porridge in a multicooker using the "Buckwheat" mode, mix with flour, kefir or soured milk, add an egg, sugar or honey, oats, let it sit — then fry on a skillet like regular pancakes.

Step 1

1. Cook the porridge in a multicooker using the "Buckwheat" setting, using one glass of dry buckwheat. Do not add salt, butter, or sugar. If you already have ready-made porridge with sugar, butter, and salt that your family refused to eat, then take all these additions into account in the recipe.

Step 2

2. Blend the cooked cooled porridge with a mixer or blender until you get a smooth consistency. I continue mixing everything with the blender since it's already turned on, so I add a cup of flour to create the pancake batter base.

Step 3

3. Add kefir, soured milk, or liquid sour cream. If using low-fat kefir, add a couple more tablespoons of butter. Then, sprinkle 6 tablespoons of oats into the semi-liquid mixture. The oats will give the pancakes structure and fluffiness.

Step 4

4. The oats need to soak a bit, so after adding the egg, turn off the blender temporarily for about 15 minutes.

Step 5

5. Finally, add sugar or honey, raisins or dried apricots (and a little cinnamon to taste). The dough is ready.

Step 6

6. Bake the pancakes on a skillet. Serve with yogurt, sour cream, fruits, or jam.
