Buckwheat cutlets with canned food
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For this dish, boil buckwheat in advance, then mix it with sardines, an egg, and a little flour. You can also add herbs and spices to taste. The patties develop a golden, crispy crust that's very appetizing. Serve them hot with sauce or sour cream, and some fresh vegetables on the side for a fantastic lunch.
