Buckwheat pancakes for diabetics
Description
Tasty baking for the whole family. For the base we use fat-free lactose-free yogurt and add a small egg or just egg white. Buckwheat flour works very well; the only thing is that these pancakes are better made small rather than as one large pancake covering the whole pan. When serving, you can add tea to the pancakes or a little of the sauce you use in your diabetic diet. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
