Buckwheat pancakes
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. When making buckwheat flour pancakes, be sure to add a little regular wheat flour. It will improve the dough's viscosity by contributing its gluten. To prevent the pancakes from sticking to the pan during cooking, you can add a little vegetable oil to the batter. To find out, serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Sift wheat flour into a bowl. Add buckwheat flour to it. Mix both dry ingredients until uniform.
- 2
Step 2

Pour milk into a separate bowl. If it's whole milk, it's better to dilute it with water in a 1:1 ratio. Add raw chicken eggs to the milk, then add salt, sugar, baking soda, and whisk everything thoroughly with a whisk.

Step 3

Add the wheat-buckwheat flour to the milk-egg mixture in parts, and continue whisking constantly with a whisk.

Step 4

You should end up with a fairly runny, lump-free batter. Pour the batter onto a preheated non-stick frying pan using a ladle and cook the pancakes for a few minutes on each side.
