Buckwheat patties
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. 1. To prepare these patties, first cook buckwheat porridge in salted water and let it cool completely. 2. Meanwhile, peel the onion and cut it into large pieces. Optionally, you can also add 1-2 garlic cloves. 3. Wash and dry fresh herbs (you can use any kind—parsley, dill, basil, etc.). 4. Combine the cooled porridge with the onion and herbs, then pass the mixture through a meat grinder (or blend with a blender) to make the buckwheat patties tender. 5. Add a little sour cream and one egg to the ground mixture, mix well, and season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Gradually add flour, thoroughly kneading the mixture until it becomes elastic and firm. 7. Shape the mixture into patties and coat them evenly with breadcrumbs. 8. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and place the patties in. Fry on both sides until golden brown, then blot with paper towels. That's the whole simple recipe for buckwheat patties. Serve them hot, although they are quite tasty even chilled. The finished dish is ready to be served.
