Buckwheat Casserole with Meat and Mushrooms

Description

Ideal for tea and coffee. For preparing this casserole, we use already cooked buckwheat. During the assembly of the casserole you can add tomatoes to the mix. Such a casserole can become an excellent lunch or dinner. The casserole is ready. Serve at the table.

    Cut the meat and fry it with onions in a pan.

    Add the mushrooms. Cook everything together until the meat is done, about 20 minutes.

    Mix with buckwheat and place in a baking dish.

    Whisk the eggs with sour cream and spices separately.

    Pour this mixture over the buckwheat. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Place it in an oven preheated to 200 °C for 20–30 minutes.
