Buckwheat noodles with oyster mushrooms and chicken
Description
Buckwheat noodles with oyster mushrooms and chicken is a very delicious dish. Serve it with soy sauce, and optionally add sesame seeds. I like this dish because the chicken and mushrooms can be prepared in advance, so all that's left to do is cook the buckwheat noodles and combine all the ingredients.
