
Buckwheat porridge with mushrooms and onions
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Buckwheat porridge with mushrooms and onions is very easy to make! Sauté the onions and bacon, add the buckwheat, pour in water, and cook for half an hour. Add butter and crispy fried bacon to the porridge and enjoy. Serve the finished dish immediately.

1. Soak the dried mushrooms in boiling water (boiling water is not included in the list of ingredients). Let the mushrooms steep while you prepare the other ingredients.
