Buckwheat porridge in the merchant's style
Description
This recipe for merchant-style buckwheat porridge is greatly loved by my entire family and friends whom I've treated to it. Although strangely enough, many of them previously thought that buckwheat was strictly "dog food." Well, this classic merchant-style buckwheat porridge recipe proves perfectly that nothing is impossible! It's delicious, filling, healthy, and quite reasonable both in terms of time and cost. Do give it a try!
