Buckwheat in a pot with meat
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I suggest preparing a simple and delicious truly Russian dish, as buckwheat is nowhere else in the world as popular as it is here. Besides, you can compare an oven to a traditional Russian stove, so let's say we're cooking in the authentic Russian way. Never prepared it like this before? That's a pity, because it turns out extremely tasty—believe me. Interested? Then you have no choice but to try it. Serve hot.
