Homemade baked goods for tea. Many of you have probably tried boiled buckwheat with cottage cheese. But that's too boring. Look, you can serve this with tea or coffee.

    Boil the buckwheat in advance until cooked. Then, once it has cooled, add sour cream, eggs, sugar, salt, and cottage cheese. Mix everything thoroughly.
