Buckwheat with liver in a multicooker

Description

This recipe won't take much time. Liver is a very delicate ingredient that requires careful thermal processing. It shouldn't be cooked for too long, or it will become rubbery. Buckwheat with liver cooked in a multicooker is simple, but the key is preparing the liver properly. It should not be overcooked before stewing with the buckwheat. You can add a bit of butter or sour cream directly into the multicooker. Here's the step-by-step recipe: 1. Chop the onion, grate the carrot on a medium grater, and cut the chicken liver into small pieces. By the way, you can use other types of liver—beef or pork. 2. Place the onion, carrot, and liver into the multicooker pot, previously adding a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil. Sauté using the “Baking” mode for 10–15 minutes. 3. Then add 2 cups of rinsed buckwheat to the multicooker, pour in 4 cups of hot water, add salt and your favorite spices. Cook on the “Buckwheat” setting for 30 minutes. 4. Serve the buckwheat stewed with liver with sour cream or white sauce. Serve hot.
