Buckwheat with vegetables and cheese in a pot
Description
Buckwheat with vegetables and cheese baked in a pot turns out very aromatic because we use plenty of spices and cook it in clayware. I'll let you in on a secret: you can use various vegetables for this dish—eggplants, green beans, white cabbage—but since I happened to have plenty of cauliflower on hand, that's what we'll be using.
