Buckwheat with oyster mushrooms
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This dish is perfect for those who are fasting or prefer healthy, low-fat food. Buckwheat is quite nutritious on its own, and when combined with mushrooms, it becomes even more delicious and wholesome. I used honey mushrooms, but you can substitute any other mushrooms according to your preference. Wild mushrooms, in particular, give the dish a special aroma and exquisite flavor. Be sure to try it. Serve hot.
