
Buckwheat with meat in a pot

Cut the meat into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until a golden crust forms, then add mustard. I used pork, but you can use any other meat.

Peel the onion, slice into rings, and fry in a pan until golden brown.

Cut the carrots into strips and add them to the onion, sauté for another minute.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add them to the onion and carrot. Fry everything together for a few more minutes.

Now you can start layering all the ingredients into the pot (I use a 2-liter pot). Remove any impurities from the buckwheat, rinse it thoroughly, and place half of it at the bottom of the pot.
