Buckwheat with meat and mushrooms in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The common belief that the main advantages of grain-based dishes are affordability and low prices falls apart upon closer examination. The nutritional benefits of various cereals often rival those of common vegetables and fruits. Of course, a bit of imagination in selecting ingredients for grain dishes is essential. For example, an "ordinary" buckwheat porridge can turn into an attractive, unusual, and most importantly, delicious main course when the ingredients are properly chosen. And above all, it should be cooked with love. I offer an accessible recipe for every homemaker: buckwheat porridge with meat and mushrooms prepared in a multicooker. Minimal effort and maximum free time. Serve hot.
