
Buckwheat with chanterelles in a cauldron
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple way to cook buckwheat with chanterelles in a cauldron. Heat oil in the cauldron and sauté the mushrooms, then add the vegetables and cook until soft. Add the buckwheat and spices, pour in boiling water. Bring the dish to a boil and reduce the heat. Simmer the buckwheat with mushrooms, covered, for about 35–40 minutes. Serve the finished dish hot with vegetables or a salad. Good luck. Serve hot.

Heat the cauldron over fire and melt butter and vegetable oil in it.

Add the washed mushrooms to the butter. Cook over high heat until all the liquid has evaporated.

Next, add the finely chopped carrots.

When the vegetables become soft, add the washed buckwheat.

Add spices to taste and pour boiling water over it, enough to cover the buckwheat by 1 cm.
