The result is a very simple, yet filling and quite tasty dish—something like army-style porridge, but made at home with more generous proportions of meat and buckwheat. You can use any kind of minced meat—chicken, pork, beef, or a mix. No doubt everyone can cook buckwheat, but preparing buckwheat with minced meat in a way that everyone will absolutely love—that takes some effort. But now, you've got what it takes.

    1. Sort the buckwheat and rinse it in several changes of water. Drain all the water. Transfer the buckwheat to a saucepan. Pour in fresh water. Place over heat. Bring to a boil. Add salt to taste and cook over low heat until done. Buckwheat takes about 20 minutes to cook.
