Buckwheat with Meat and Vegetables (Kupcheshki-style)
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can cook the porridge on the stove or in the oven (in pots or a cauldron). You can use any meat: chicken, pork, or beef, or replace it with sausage or hot dogs. In addition to meat, use vegetables for frying: carrots, onion, garlic, and pepper. Serve the dish hot. The finished dish can be served at the table.
