
Buckwheat pancakes with minced meat filling
Description
Prepare potatoes in any form as a side dish, mashed potatoes are fine. Also, have a spicy sauce ready on the table. No need to invite anyone to the table—they'll all come running on their own, drawn by the incredible aroma from the kitchen.

We'll start the preparation with the mince. Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder together with one onion. Season the mince with salt, add spices and pressed garlic. Cook the buckwheat, let it cool, then mix it with the mince.

Form patties from the minced meat, coat them in flour, and fry on both sides.

Finely chop the second onion and sauté it in oil. Pour in the tomato sauce and season with dried oregano. Place the buckwheat pancakes into a saucepan or a deep baking dish. Pour the prepared sauce over them. Then bake in the oven, covered with foil, for 15–20 minutes, or heat over low heat, covered, for the same amount of time.
