The recipe won't take much time. In our country, buckwheat holds a special place. It is often used to prepare soups, side dishes, and main courses. Buckwheat risotto, or "grechcheto," can be made with meat, mushrooms and cheese, or vegetables. This dish is delicious and simple—you definitely need to try it. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

If the onion is large, one will be enough; if smaller, use two. Peel and finely dice it. Heat a pan with vegetable and butter, then add the onion and sauté until translucent.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the brisket into thin strips, then add it to the pan with the onion and mix.
- 3
Step 3

Clean the mushrooms and chop them finely, then add to the pan with the other ingredients. Fry until the liquid has evaporated.
- 4
Step 4

Wash the buckwheat and transfer it to a frying pan, stir. Pour in a ladle of broth, then mix and cook until all the liquid is absorbed, then add more broth again.
- 5
Step 5

Check the buckwheat for doneness; if the grain is almost ready, pour in the cream (15-20% fat content).
- 6
Step 6

Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater, add 50 grams directly to the pan, mix, and season with salt to taste.
- 7
Step 7

Arrange the dish on plates, garnish with the remaining hard cheese, and serve immediately.
