Greek sauce with cucumbers
Description
Recipe for homemade sauce. I prepare various sauces when guests are coming over. Greek cucumber sauce turns out creamy and slightly spicy. It can be spread on toasts or fresh baguette (delicious!), or simply used for dipping crackers. If you're expecting guests, start preparing the sauce an hour before they arrive, since you'll need time to marinate the cucumbers and chill the finished sauce. It's perfect served with pasta, meat, and vegetables.
