Perfect with tea and coffee. Baking Greek pita is very easy; it’s great for breakfast, dinner, lunch, since essentially it’s bread.     Prepare the ingredients.

    Sift the flour into the mixing bowl.

    Add salt, sugar, and yeast to the flour, and stir.

    Make a well in the flour, pour water and olive oil into it.
