
Greek pizza
Description
The bake comes together simply and quickly. Who among us doesn’t love a juicy, colourful pizza? Try making it Greek-style: with vegetables, olives, and cheese. A dish like this is sure to please not only you but your friends as well, so feel free to bake several Greek pizzas at once.

Prepare the ingredients listed. You may use arugula instead of spinach.

Mix the ketchup and mayonnaise, then spread the sauce over the pizza base across the entire diameter. You can make the base from yeast dough. Rinse the spinach leaves, cut off the stems, and arrange the leaves on top of the sauce.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and bell pepper. Remove the core from the pepper and slice the vegetables into rounds. Arrange on the base.

Cut the feta or brined cheese into slices and arrange on the base together with the olives.

Grate the hard cheese on a fine-holed grater and sprinkle it over the dish from above. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
