
Greek lasagna
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you'd like to try different dishes, then give this simple Greek-style lasagna with pasta and ground beef a go. You can use any pasta you have at home, and customize the tomato sauce with your favorite spices to taste. Serve hot.

1. Wash the beef meat, dry it, and mince into ground meat using a blender or meat grinder. Place finely chopped onion and garlic in a pan with a small amount of oil. Sauté slightly, then add the ground meat.

2. Wash the tomatoes, pour boiling water over them, and remove the skins. Cut into small cubes or blend until smooth. Add to the fried meat mixture. Simmer the meat sauce over medium heat until done, adding salt and spices to taste.

3. Beat the eggs slightly with a fork. Add to them the slightly cooled filling and half of the grated cheese. If desired, the recipe for Greek lasagna can also be supplemented with vegetables to taste.

4. In a small saucepan, prepare the béchamel sauce. Melt the butter and lightly sauté with flour. Pour in the milk and simmer the sauce over low heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add a pinch of nutmeg and grated cheese.

5. Cook the pasta in salted water with a small amount of olive oil. Drain in a colander and sprinkle with cheese.

6. Place half of the pasta at the bottom of a heatproof dish.

7. Spread the ground meat on top, pressing it firmly with a spoon.

8. Place the second half of the macaroni on top.

9. Pour the béchamel sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Place the dish in a preheated oven for at least 45 minutes.

10. Greek-style lasagna will be ready when the top turns golden brown and develops a delicious crust. Let the dish cool slightly, then serve.
