The appetizer is made from traditional Greek feta cheese, juicy tomatoes, and ripe peppers. It is served immediately after preparation with crispy bread. Serve with herbs and sauce.

1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut it into half-rings. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into half-rings.

2. Place the peppers on the bottom of the baking dish, then the tomatoes.

3. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper; you can add oregano or other dried spices.
