Simple buckwheat pancakes
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. There are many variations of buckwheat pancakes, and after trying numerous ones, I've developed my own optimal recipe where all ingredients are perfectly balanced, resulting in a harmonious flavor. These buckwheat pancakes can even be eaten without a side dish, since buckwheat itself essentially serves as the side. However, I personally prefer serving them with mashed potatoes—they turn out incredibly delicious. The dish is ready to be served.
