Description

The recipe won't take much time. Potato gratin is very simple and quick to prepare. You can use any bacon you prefer. Cream can be replaced with full-fat milk. Any cheese will work, but it should melt well. This is a delicious and quick dish for lunch or dinner. If the potatoes aren't fully cooked yet but the top is already browned, cover with foil and continue baking until done. Serve hot.

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making bacon gratin.

    Cut the bacon into strips and place in a frying pan.

    Peel the onion and finely chop it, then add it to the bacon.
