
Turnip gratin
Description
You need to slice the vegetables thinly and evenly so they bake well in the oven. Serve the dish after letting it cool slightly to allow the cheese to set a bit. Before using, parboil the rutabaga in boiling water (3-4 minutes). You can use a different type of cheese for each layer or just one type.

1. First, peel the turnip and slice it very thinly (use a special attachment). Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add the slices, cook for 3 minutes, then remove from water and dry with paper towels. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and place the bread on the bottom.

3. Slice the onion into thin half-rings and place them over the turnip, then add some of the grated cheese.
