
Potato gratin
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Potato gratin turns out wonderfully tender and delicious thanks to the perfect combination of ingredients. This dish works great as a side, but it also stands well on its own. You can serve potato gratin with sour cream, or simply according to your preferences. Cook it and don't worry—everything will turn out just fine. Serve hot.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Peel and rinse the potatoes, then slice them into thin rounds.

Place the sliced potatoes in a pot and pour hot water over them. Bring to a boil, then cook for another 2 minutes after boiling.

In a saucepan, melt the butter and add olive oil to it. Then add grated cheese, cream, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.

The baking dish should be greased with butter beforehand. Then, evenly spread half of the potatoes on the bottom. Pour the cheese and cream mixture over the top. The next layer will be more potatoes, which we again cover with a layer of cheese and cream. Bake for 35 minutes.
