
Cauliflower and Broccoli Gratin
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The recipe is not very difficult. If you've never made béchamel sauce before, now is the perfect time to try. You can experiment with the amount of sauce. The vegetables cook quickly. Garlic is not specified in the recipe, but you can add a little for a more piquant flavor. Step 1. Separate the cabbage into florets. Rinse it thoroughly under cold water. Place the cauliflower at the bottom of the pot, then put the broccoli on top. Place over heat and sauté for 5–7 minutes.

Add salt, then simmer the sauce over low heat for about 10 minutes. The sauce should have the consistency of thick sour cream. Pour the sauce over the cabbage.
