Cauliflower Gratin
Description
Cauliflower gratin is one of my favorite dishes. Once you break through the crisp, cheesy crust, you'll discover a tender, creamy filling underneath. The cauliflower simply melts in your mouth, leaving a sweet aftertaste. This classic dish makes a perfect light dinner and delights with its juiciness and vitamins. Remember that cauliflower is rich in vitamin C. You can substitute your favorite hard cheese with parmesan, and replace black ground pepper with cayenne. Good luck! :) I hope you'll enjoy this cauliflower gratin recipe.
