
Brussels sprout gratin
Description
The recipe won't take much time. An undeniable advantage is that Brussels sprout gratin can be served both as a main dish and as a side dish to fish or meat, for example. Combined with cheese, it tastes incredibly delicious! This dish will appeal to both adults and children. Serve hot.

1. Wash the Brussels sprouts, dry them, trim the stems, and cut them in half. Place them in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Then stir and bake for another 10 minutes.

2. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and mix well. Gradually pour in the milk in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add the cheese (you can combine your favorite hard cheese with Parmesan), reserving a little for later. Mix thoroughly.
