Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can make this dry breakfast option in advance and store it in a clean, dry jar or container with a tightly closed lid. The shelf life of baked granola is over a week from the date of preparation. To prepare, simply place the desired portion of the dry breakfast into a bowl and pour hot milk or boiling water over it. Serve the ready dessert immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Instead of sesame seeds, you can use dried cranberries, dried apricots, or other dried fruits, but not prunes. Prunes will give the granola a darker color.
- 2
Step 2

Mix quick-cooking oat flakes, glazed flakes, and almond flakes in a deep container. Instead of almonds, you can use cashews or peanuts—choose according to your taste preference.
- 3
Step 3

Add the crushed walnut kernels and sesame to the container.
- 4
Step 4

Mix all the ingredients together and place them in a deep baking dish. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the mixture for about 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5
Step 5

Add the floral honey, mix well, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

Remove the baked granola to cool, allowing it to cool down and caramelize. This will take approximately 20-30 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

Then carefully break it apart and transfer it to a storage jar, or pour it into a bowl or deep plate if you plan to pour hot milk over it immediately.
