Description
Universal dressing for salads and hot dishes. When planning a weekend trip outdoors, I decided to make some pomegranate molasses for the journey. I've written down the steps for you in detail. It's perfect with pasta, meat, and vegetables.

Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press.

Pour the juice into a saucepan together with the wine, add both types of pepper, salt, garlic, basil, and sugar.

Bring the liquid to a boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes, covered.

Dissolve the starch in one tablespoon of wine, then pour it into the sauce, continuing to cook.

Cook the sauce to your desired thickness. Then let it cool slightly and add washed, finely chopped cilantro. Mix well and taste.
