
Pomegranate Glühwein
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Everything is logical—just replace the wine with juice. A red-colored, slightly tart juice works best. I'll tell you more. Serve chilled.

Pour boiling water over the tea. Let it steep for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, place an apple studded with cloves, as well as cardamom, star anise, washed raisins, and cinnamon into a heavy-bottomed saucepan.

Strain the tea, removing the tea leaves. Pour it into the spices along with the juice.

Add ginger to the saucepan. Stir the drink. Place it over medium heat and bring to a gentle boil. Immediately remove from heat.

Add honey to the hot mulled wine. Mix everything well. Let the drink steep for about 15 minutes.
