
Beef stir-fry
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The beef is cut into pieces and fried separately, then cooked in sauce, making it very juicy with a perfect balance of acidity and aromatic herbs. This dish is very easy to prepare and requires no special skills or knowledge. If beef is not available, you can use any other meat. The finished dish can be served at the table.

1. Take all the necessary ingredients. Thoroughly clean and wash the meat, peel and wash the vegetables.

2. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater and cut the onion into medium-sized cubes. Heat a frying pan with refined oil, add the chopped vegetables and sauté until soft. Add a spoonful of flour, mix, pour in the broth, add bay leaf, salt, sugar, tomato paste, pepper, and other herbs to taste. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

3. Cut the meat into small pieces, lightly pound, and fry in a separate skillet, adding salt and pepper. Keep stirring constantly so that it browns evenly and the excess liquid evaporates.

4. Transfer the meat to a pan with vegetables and broth, season to taste with spices, and simmer for 15–20 minutes. A couple of minutes before it's done, add the pre-chopped herbs.
