Soak the liver in milk. This step will help us get rid of the bitterness inherent in liver.

Rinse the liver under running water, pour over milk, and leave for 3-4 hours in a cold place. Set the multicooker to the "Frying" mode. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl and heat.

Peel the onion and finely chop it. Sauté the onion in a multicooker until it becomes translucent. Cut the liver into pieces and add it to the onion. Fry everything together for 15–20 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
