Beef roulade with spinach and cheese
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The roll can be served warm or cold. Make it in advance and store it in the refrigerator, then slice into thin pieces before serving. Use a blend of several cheeses to make the flavor more interesting. Instead of spinach, you can add another type of greens. The finished dish is ready to be served.
