Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. This is quite a specific marinade that may not suit everyone. But if you managed to buy Kochujan (Korean seasoning), definitely try making steaks with it. You can always use any other marinades you prefer. You can also stick to the classic combination: salt and pepper. The meat turns out very tender despite being beef, and incredibly flavorful. I recommend paying attention to this recipe. The finished dish can be served at the table.

    1. To prepare the marinade, combine garlic, mirin, sugar, and gochujang. Mix thoroughly.

    2. Place the beef into a bowl, previously washed, dried, and cut into steaks. Gently mix to evenly distribute the marinade, then refrigerate for about 1.5 hours.
