Beef ribs with potatoes
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. For a rich aroma and flavor, I recommend marinating the ribs in the refrigerator for 24 hours. If you're in a hurry, you can leave them for 30-60 minutes. Like spicy food? Add garlic, ground pepper, chili, or jalapeño to the ribs. If you prefer a tender dish, marinate them in kefir. Serve the finished dish at the table.
