
Beef kidneys in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The kidneys cooked in a multicooker turn out tender, with a vegetable sauce, and go well with any side dish. You can add almost any vegetables and spices to them according to your taste. Serve hot.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking beef kidneys in a multicooker.

Process the kidneys to remove the ducts and place them in a bowl. Pour milk over them and let them sit for 4 hours.

Rinse the kidneys and cut into pieces.

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and add the chopped kidneys.

Set the multicooker to the "Baking" mode for 20 minutes.

Sauté the kidneys with the lid closed, stirring 1-2 times.

Chop the onion and add it to the bowl with the kidneys.

Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Add them to the multicooker bowl with the onion, season with salt and pepper. Simmer everything for 5 minutes in the same mode.
