Line a baking dish with foil. Place the beef in it. Pour over the mixture of water, soy sauce, and barbecue sauce.

Wrap the meat in foil. Bake in the oven for 3-4 hours at 160 degrees.

Let the meat rest for another 30 minutes in foil, then slice.
