Beef in wine in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To prepare beef in wine using a multicooker, follow these simple steps: 1. Cut bacon into strips, slice mushrooms. Finely chop the onion, slice the carrot into rounds. Mince the garlic. 2. Cut the beef into small cubes (2x2 cm). 3. Set the multicooker to the "Baking" mode and fry the bacon for 5 minutes until golden (keep the multicooker lid open). Add the chopped onion and garlic, and simmer for another couple of minutes. Then add the cubed beef and mushrooms, and brown everything together for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Pour in the red wine, add the carrot, and herbs. The herbs should be added as a whole bunch. Season with salt. Close the multicooker lid, switch to the "Stewing" mode, and cook for 2 hours. Serve hot with rice or a fresh vegetable salad.
