Beef in wine baked in the oven
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Red wine not only helps the meat cook well, but also gives it a rich, attractive color, as well as flavor and a wonderful aroma. You can bake it in an enameled pot or a cauldron. You can use a multicooker or prepare the dish entirely on the stovetop. The finished dish can be served at the table.
