Beef in salt
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This salt-baked beef at home is quite budget-friendly—buy the salt once, and you can keep using it for cooking meat for a long time. You'll immediately notice how the taste of the finished dish changes! By the way, I'd like to mention that fine-grain salt was used in this recipe for preparing salt-baked beef, but from my experience, coarse sea salt would have been much better! Fine salt dissolves faster, and as a result, the meat turned out slightly over-salted. Don't repeat my mistakes. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Lay foil on the table, lightly grease it with oil, and sprinkle with sea salt and various seasonings.

Step 2

2. Now cut the meat into pieces and place them tightly next to each other. If the meat is tough, it's better to lightly pound it. Sprinkle generously with salt and spices again on top.

Step 3

3. Pour vegetable oil over the top. The meat should almost be floating in it.

Step 4

4. Cover with the second piece of foil and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for half an hour, then remove the top layer of foil and bake until a golden crust forms!

Step 5

5. This is the juicy meat you'll get! I recommend serving it with buckwheat porridge!
