1. First, remove the film from the beef, rinse it, and cut it into thin strips.

2. Peel and mince the garlic, add it to the meat along with sliced chili and ginger, then pour in soy sauce and wine. Let the meat marinate for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator, or you can leave it overnight.

3. Peel the onion, rinse, and slice into half-rings. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add the onion. Sauté until golden brown.
