Beef in its own juice
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Beef braised in its own juices in foil turns out very juicy. If your piece of beef is small, you can wrap it in foil after searing and keep it in the oven for about 15 minutes. Remember, it's better to use younger beef, and veal is ideal. If the meat isn't very tender, marinate it well and for a longer time, adding, for example, soy sauce. Good luck and serve hot.
